Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all MAUVAIS tags attached to ensure the product remains in mint condition.
Ship It Back
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
